Songwriting for Mental Health
The focused goal of the Songwriting for mental well-being program is to teach you how to use a regular songwriting practice to support your mental health. The program includes one in-person class per month, also available within three days of the class online with a private link (provided to you once the video is live on our YouTube) for those who can't attend in person.

The RHYTHM WORKS YXE program connects you to the foundation of music for mental well-being.
Remedy Music School Youth Band
We meet once a month as a band on a Saturday afternoon from 1-2:30 pm to jam with children ages 9-16 in the Remedy Music Studio.
Remedy Musical Theatre
Youth and children will be supported in creating every aspect of the production they will present in December 2023.
